A person who arrives under the influence can have release privileges delayed and may lose good time. The instructions also say to leave jewelry, purses, credit cards, and other personal property at home. Tobacco brought into the jail is discarded. These facts describe scheduled intake and work-release rules. They do not supply an actual release date or a formula for calculating one.
Redwood County does not publish a property pickup schedule for former inmates. A person asking about their own belongings should call the jail at 507-637-1313 instead of assuming a lobby window.
Redwood Jail Projected Release
“Projected Release” is the exact label on Redwood County’s current roster. A blank field can mean that no date is entered or public. It does not mean the person will never be released. A displayed date may change because of a court order, hold, jail credit, discipline, sentence calculation, transfer, or other lawful action.
County-jail dates must remain separate from state-prison calculations. Redwood County does not publish a local formula that permits an outside calculation. About Redwood County Jail
Redwood County Jail is a county jail operated by the Redwood County Sheriff’s Office in the Law Enforcement Center. It holds people awaiting court action, serving local sentences, or held for an authority named in the roster.
